Information We Collect
Similar to many other platforms, we collect basic information to provide better services to all of our users.

System activities, including crashes, hardware settings, browser type and language, and date and time may also be collected.

The purpose is to provide the user a properly-configured website or app, depending on the device they use. The information will also be used if legal issues and obligations arise, such as content restrictions per location and local taxations.

We may also collect your search queries, purchased items, and saved content. This is to provide you curated suggestions that may be of interest for you.

This is to help us manage our business better by giving as the chance to analyse site activity and improve our service, provide curated and personalized recommendations for you, help you remember the actions you have previously taken, and to provide third-party sites and advertising companies the information they need to enable them to tailor their content especially for you.

We respect your privacy. Komikko does not share your personal information unless crucial circumstances require us to do so. We only share your information if:

2. Our business partners and affiliates require us. These are the people who manage and provide us with content and marketing and would need to have a better understanding of the nature of our business and audiences. This includes third-parties as well, which accounts for the Ad Revenue Program.  

3. Legal issues arise based on our good faith belief that the information we hold will help enforce the law.

4. Acquisition, merger, or asset sale take place.

We protect Komikko to protect you. We employ reasonable measures to protect you from any unauthorized access or alteration. These measures include encryption using SSL, review of information collection and other processes, and restriction of access to Komikko employees. The user must understand, however, that no security system is completely invulnerable.

Application
This applies to all services of Komikko and its affiliates, apart from services that have their own Privacy Policy or other companies that advertise our services.

Changes in The Policy
Our Policy might change in the future. We will notify you via email, message, announcement made visible upon entering the website. The changes will be made effective upon publication of revision, unless states otherwise.

Changes that might inherently affect your rights will not be made, published, or taken into effect without explicit consent from users.
